For those in need:

Wait until those who want to ban gender affirming care realize that minoxidil, testosterone for middle aged men with low levels, estrogen for people going through menopause, breast enlargement & reduction surgeries, and, yes, viagra are gender affirming care.

The below includes . . . everybody. All therapy is cross cultural. DEIB efforts seek to benefit all not necessarily equally though with equity because some people need more than others. Eliminating DEIB efforts hurts everyone including those seeking to eliminate them.
