Anybody know what's going on with the Rivals 2 servers tonight? Haven't been able to get any matches

Okay, I'm noticing rather quickly that most (if not all) P+ servers use the same archaic-ass matchmaking system where you tag almost everybody and hope someone isn't working that day.
