Usually no,because as a digital artist I kinda combined the “classic “ tools the new AI tools…also the twitter algo is not that friendly with our content so it doesn’t blow up like this.

I've sculpted a Nosferatu mask for 3d printing and...I tried AI rendering with stable diffusion to see what I can get:

Looks great and yeah it has a different vibe from the previous illustrations.A bit more melancholic perhaps 🙂
