Probably! It’s just, there are SO MANY people doing amazing work, who are talented AND kind, you know?

So, among other things, you really don't have the same attachment to this person or their work that other people do. (and I was going to say more but I decided against it. bleh.)

I’m so mad

I have used the King Arthur mix, and it’s fine, but nowhere near as good as this.

Do I spend way too much money having the absolute best gluten free bread I’ve ever had shipped to me from Portland, or do I figure out how to make it myself?
