people get hella mad when you say adult drivers should be more responsible than children on our streets.

Loads of space left at the top - definitely get a few more in before the cull starts!

Such fun from a few VHS tapes - I love it! And of course I hope half of it’s true and that we get new music soon. The WATMM/KEYOSC forum is fun too!

Thank you for being a superb Councillor @david4bkh.bsky.social - we've greatly appreciated your work and support for the area on a whole range of issues. Very sad that you won't be standing again (and by how it was handled), but all the very best for whatever you do next. You'll be missed!

I would like to hear our Government and every opposition party speak up now.

"Mentally unstable President given huge powers by cowardly party threatens to blow up the world" is the headline you're looking for.

This is an actual post. This is not funny. This is beyond desperate. This is a deeply unwell man who doesn’t belong anywhere near the levers of power. Every member of his cabinet and Congress is complicit in not demanding his removal now.

Echo Disintegrator, by Mike Parker 9 track album

Mike Parker — Echo Disintegrator (2026)

Mike’s style of #techno is abstract, propulsive, and alien — raving with the greys, if you will. 👽

His sound design is also super trippy. Hifi sound systems recommended to fully luxuriate in the textures.

If you'll forgive me, I think I'll counterpoint all the hate, rage and fake 'muscular Christianity' we see nowadays with some actual Easter: hope, love, fortitude and perseverance.

Police find no evidence of criminality in Gorton and Denton byelection Reform UK had asked officers to investigate claims of ‘family voting’ after losing contest in Greater Manchester

I am sure that Reform and Matt Goodwin will take this with good grace and acknowledgement that they were wrong.

Nope, never mind

They are very weird people, and it will be their downfall.

Performative religious nationalism might work in America, but most British people - including most Christians - think it's weird.

Well that’s an, um, ‘interesting’ take on both Britishness and Christianity. Almost like a divisive right wing political party doesn’t really speak for either.

Fennesz and KMRU both have the mix of melody, grit and noise that I love - bit of a dream collaboration for me.

Music from Memory is one I’m familiar with, but otherwise this Aquaticos record is all new to me - sounds great, just my sort of thing.

Oh, completely, it’s a great record. And always good to see FSA get some love - one of my favourites, and that whole scene was amazing.

Yeah, it’s great . Don’t think it’s quite up there with MBV or FSA, but it’s very good.
Great to see Yellow Swans releasing new stuff. If only we could get same from MBV…

His music is all awesome. This is, I think, first proper ‘album of the year’ contender for 2026. Amazing record. And it has Fennesz on it. So, so good.
