The Chicago CTA sued the Trump admin today for its failure to provide Congressionally appropriated funds to the CTAβs two major projects, including Red Line Extension.
This comes just days after New York sued for the Trump adminβs failure to fund the Second Ave Subway, also funded by Congress.
