In Porto, you should definitely visit Serralves. It’s an amazing cultural centre with art galleries, museum, garden. The Foz area is also worth a walk by the sea. Further north you have Matosinhos, which you can reach by tram, which is a great place to eat fresh fish.

It is very rare for you to find a politician with a PhD in British politics. Same with a lot of the commentariat. EquallyC the overwhelming majority seem to come from Oxford. Basically, many had a university experience decades ago and one v different from the realities of HE in this country…
