When you write ‘hagiography’, do you perhaps mean ‘iconography’? I always took hagiography to mean relating to the lives of saints, where iconography is the use and interpretation of symbols.

Oil pastel drawing I did along with my advanced art class. The task was to create a quick collage without a preconceived plan, then upscale using oil pastel. My subject is Daniel Home, a medium/spiritualist from the 1800s.
