I've been using discord and bluesky less and less in favor of journaling, which I heard that, alongside self-love, will be helpful for me in the long-run

week one of replacing bad habits with better ones and self-love (including forgiving myself for what i've done) was a success

and I believe me having low-self esteem led to me having very little self-control and regulation, which is why I've been talking to myself far more kindly in the mirror to build self-love, since that has long-term benefits for me mentally I hear

I've realized that the problem with me trying to quit aged up lewds before is that I was trying to quit it with willpower alone instead of trying to replace that habit with something else, identifying the trigger and acting upon with with something healthier

And I've been constantly insulting this one person by the name of Drew in a server over differing opinions on certain things, which was straight up rude from me

And very recently I've been having emotional outbursts that I've been failing to control. Not for lack of trying

Still, it's highly unprofessional of me

And recently I've been annoying my friends in DMs with NSFW, censorship and war topics in a way that makes me look bad. I am not proud of this fact at all

And I also replied to an incest drawing of Bocchi with praise, not caring that one of my mutuals was previously an incest victim. Not only that but I twisted her words in an ugly manner

I want to apologize for my recent actions
