Love that my job has morphed from building labs to me asking questions like “what happens if we put a bullet in this switch” and my team essentially saying “donno, let’s find out”. Testing networks is fun!

Went to the simulator this morning hoping to hit the ball as well as I did last week but ended up spending an hour trying to diagnose why I randomly started hoseling 8 out of 10 shots. Golf is fun!

I don’t know how to watch TV anymore. I’m so used to watching whatever the kid wants and every time I get a chance to watch by myself, I get twisted into a choice paralysis due to all the options.

It’s super exciting to already start feeling the effects of seasonal depression in mid November.

Played a bit of hooky today, aka PTO, to take advantage of the last few remaining decent golf weather days we’ll have here in the Midwest. It was an absolute gorgeous day and boy am I going to sleep well tonight.

It’s been pretty mild so far so hope it stays that way. Know a few people who have gotten it recently and with having a 3 year old in daycare I’m used to every new plague being in my house 😂

Whole family has Covid so naturally we’re having a fire in the backyard when it’s 33 degrees out.

Deleted the app off my phone early this week and logged on via my computer today. Only took about 3 minutes until I decided enough was enough. A bit bittersweet but was a good ride.
