Portrait of a Harris's Hawk facing left, with focus on the face.
Smaller painting of a Harris/s Hawk. I love their deep brown and rust colors, accented by bright yellow.

Hi #portfolioday . It is great to see everyone share their beautiful work. Here is some work I’ve done in the past.
(nightmare fuel copyright Fantasy Flight Games and sneks and orcs copyright Dungeons and Dragons)
A painting of the Cheshire Cat in a tree over green field landscape. Alice is nestled inside the Cheshire Cat
A painting of a fawn lying in dead leaves in front of a tree. Surrounding the fawn are tree stumps freshly cut breathing out rainbows. On the fawn, morning glories are in bloom
A painting of an owl flying through the night. The moon is visible above
A painting of two snakes intertwined. They surround a fallen sunflower
Hiya #portfolioday
I’m Hope Doe, I paint allegoric paintings of nature, and some Fantasy. I spent 3 + years on a tarot deck and I’m ready for new art adventures.
A digital illustration showing fractal growth pouring out of an opalescent stone egg and then just growing and growing and growing.
A painting of a lamb made out of golden light prancing through the spooky halls of Duskmourn.
A digital painting of a "Swamp" in space. This one's about stars gone nova drifting towards oblivion like a bunch of waterlilies of explosive death.
Illustration "Call the Spirit Dragons" for Magic: The Gathering's Tarkir: Dragonstorm set. It shows the five clan leaders pooling their magic into a blue spiky spell to summon five spirit dragons out of an equally spiky Dragonstorm.

Thank you, Ciarra!
Thank you so much! 💖
Thank you! 🥰
A pair of creamy white moth earrings with dark golden eyes sitting on a creamy white tile. They're attached to gold plated wires and hooks.
Made a pair of cutie patooties out of polymer clay for the summer. 🦋
I'm not entirely sure when I last spent an extended period of time making something just for fun; it was nice.
Thank you! 🥰
Now and then, yeah!
Thank you! I got very serious about those sweet peas halfway through 😁
Artists, share your range for the fun, for the thrill!!!

Wow, that's incredible. Your love really shows!💖
An acrylic painting on the back of a Screaming Nemesis artist proof - a 6.3x8.8cm card. It shows a darkened, smoldering angel kneeling in hot clouds, tearing herself in half starting with the face. Starlight full of eyes pours out. The eyes are raised above the painting (using glass beads, gel and a shiny medium) so they distort the paint behind them in a fun way.
Another view of the same painting, angled so as to show the very shiny effects. The pink dots in the eyes use fluorescent paint, so those are reactive to UV light in a fun way but this was difficult to photograph as it was, so it's left to the viewer's imagination.
Another artist proof sketched!
The request was for a fallen angel self destructing, which got me thinking - since angels are famously full of eyes, they ought to come out when one tears its face off.
Acrylics and assorted shinies ✨
Pencil for scale
Yess, congratulations!!
Today's fun activity: "growing" eyes onto a painting by periodically adding medium over glass beads.
Micolash would be proud.
She's so beautiful and fierce! I love how her strong stance (and weapon) contrast with the soft background, while there's plenty of swirly flowy detailing to her and the ship.
Queen Forfallen, for the D&D Forgotten Realms books.
18x24 Oil on Board
The Queen of the Rusting affected Norlanders. This was a fun one to tackle, I had worked on the concept side of things for this book as well and it felt nice to come full circle on a finished interior.
