Why grieve the Holy Spirit when the fire continues to burn brightly in the darkness?
Women have always been dangerous to those who wish to keep the news of the empty tomb and the risen Christ under wraps.
But the daughters of the King continue to obey Jesus and proclaim His resurrection power in word and deed.
We are still resurrection people.
& I continue to see the new life of Jesus’s Kingdom sprouting up all around us.

Reminder:
You’re only as Catholic as you agree to obey and follow the Pope as the head of the church.
Much of what we now traditionally do as “church” actively works against being the Church Jesus calls us to be.
Questions don’t destroy faith. Sometimes they lift us out of what was crushing us.
I think of this every time I watch sports. It’s all over every sports broadcast—being pushed by athletes & celebrities.
They are clearly making tons of money off of people.
And it’s gross.
God’s heart is with the little ones, not the proud warmongers.
It is with the humble that He builds up His Kingdom of love & peace.
Be a Jesus heretic.

Empathy is toxic and sinful when your Jesus is John Wayne.
But such a distortion of Jesus is antichrist.
There is no blasphemy so blasphemous that evangelicals will feel shame or change their support for their chosen “strong men” messiahs.
The children of God are peacemakers.
Christian Nationalism says that Jesus is weak on crime and terrible for foreign policy.
“Marxist Garbage!” is what they now call basic, historic, Christian doctrine.
But the Good Shepherd’s sheep continue to hear His voice & follow His narrow way.
War is blasphemy.
Faith without action is dead.
Our foundation is Jesus—the followers of Jesus will follow Him in doing justly, loving mercy, & walking humbly as we love our neighbours as ourselves.
(I say this as someone who had Grape Nuts for the first time last month.
I like hearty cereals… and I was greatly disappointed.)
Christian Nationalism is the Grape Nuts of religious convictions.
The words have nothing to do with the actual product and the fruit tastes like cardboard.
Haha, if only!
