God forbid a woman has a hobby
Living my best life this evening. Watching the snooker and drinking sherry after making a delicious dinner and having sung a terrific evensong! Stanford in A and Blest Pair of Sirens.

Guinness is dreadful rubbish, bland and uninteresting. There, I've said it!
York and Edinburgh are both terrific (I am biased, I used to live in York). If you're catching the train up, stop off in Durham, that's a nice city too
You had me until the salad cream! Stuff of nightmares
Actually quite unpleasant
A can of pale ale

I see peeps on this august site with their tinnies and thought I would see if beer out of a can is any good.
Normally drink cask ale in a pub, or bottled beer at a push, but I find it very fizzy which is one of the reasons I don't like lager.
The results are... not good. Very thin-tasting
I think it's to do with flags, and stars.
To paraphrase An American Tail - "there are no kings in America" oh wait
Angela Rayner resigned over a similar issue. Now granted she was a Government minister, but she has more scruples than this creature ever will.
Apparently Carpenter regretted putting that scene in, but I think it's very effective.
Cooked goulash in anticipation of Orban's demise. It worked!
You're on a Virgin cruise! I'd recognise those red hammocks anywhere
Orban concedes defeat. The support of Trump, Vance, Putin, Lavrov, Weidel, Milei, Le Pen, Fico, Babis and many others could not overcome Hungarian anger at a stagnant, corrupt regime

Hard to pick just 4! The Untouchables needs to be in there.
Body Double is just majestically bonkers
Great film! Saw it at the cinema after Kubrick died and it got a short theatrical run, after being effectively banned by the director himself
Today's required listening! The story of a mad old man shouting at the wind, only this man is a modern-day Nero.

Well done. Such a simple act that really does save lives. In the UK, they tell you which hospital your donation ends up, which is cute
Congratulations! Get you with your perfect score! I did very much not get 100%, but I did pass first time
It's vile, but a lot cheaper than crack!
It's a great film, plus it has the notoriety of having had all prints physically removed from the UK by the BBFC
I've never seen any Harvey's up here in East Yorks. Clearly we're missing out!
What do you know, I'm in a choir too. Beverley Minster! And a chamber choir in York prior to that.
It's nasty. But I'd prefer Db major over B major :) No doubt as a string player you would say the opposite!
The 1901 was a good vintage. I'll take it over a Chateauneuf du Pape.
It's amazing. But where's the gravy?
Stereotyping: English northerner married to a Scotsman
Haven't seen this one. I am a big fan of Fulci, but his later career was... dreadful... "Cat in the Brain" anyone?
Yes, I was asked to write this in.

This was the one filmed in Wookey Hole caves right? Haven't seen it since Channel 4 showed it yonks ago
