I actually have some 8-plex (+DAPI) images stained by my colleagues I collected on our VS200 a week or so ago, I wasn't specifically looking for Opal 690 bleedthrough but will take a look (and also ask them for their experience)!

It's a mixture of silicone oil and immersion oil, you can also buy it from TCI. It is super viscous and a bit oily though so takes some cleaning (we soak in detergent followed by a lot of water and ethanol) so I would check with Zeiss first

A group at the CVR do an idisco variant which ends in ethyl cinnamate for a Z1 system. Technically the RI is out of the system's range but it seems to work for them. We have an open-top light sheet, I mainly use CUBIC but transfer the samples to non-hazardous imaging media prior to imaging.
