Absolutely incredible.
NASA Astronaut Reid Wiseman, who commanded Artemis II, took this footage from the far side of the Moon with his iPhone.
Watch with sound on.
It's extremely good and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it; not that many people have read it yet.
I tried posting this simultaneously on Tumblr, Bluesky, and Twitter; the first two posted fine, but as soon as I tried to post it on Twitter the entire site went down. It's simply too powerful for their servers.
I will also soon be posting a collection of my favorite unpublished short stories that I've written. The title of the collection will be "Florilegible" and I plan to post it on AO3 by the end of the month. Please look forward to it.

I've recently written a piece of erotic fanfiction titled The Cruelest Month for my favorite web novel, Atlantic Archive. It's the first time I've ever written fanfiction, and I enjoyed the process a lot. You should first read Atlantic Archive and then read my erotic fanfiction. I hope you enjoy it.
I really dislike the "I promise this is interesting" ones in particular. The video being interesting is implicit by dint of one making it. Otherwise, why would it have been made? The reassurance only makes me less confident the video will actually be interesting...

The way the shape of the wall aligns at the bottom of the image made me think it was a dialogue box for a visual novel and I can't describe to you the emotions I felt in the brief second where I thought The Cheyenne Visual Novel was real.
It's crazy how 83418141 is a prime number. It just looks like it should be divisible by 3 or 17 or something but it isn't
Thank you 全肯定botたん but this isn't a very admirable post.
Why do we call them "pathological functions" when we could be calling them "bratty functions" instead.

Happy 20th. Nothing else important happened today I'm pretty sure.
Into the Breach is bonkers. Made by the FTL guys. It got surprisingly little attention, which is a shame. It's an improvement in many ways. The actual gameplay is massively refined/streamlined. Unfortunately, it lost a bit of that FTL sauce (there's less emergent storytelling, and the OST is worse).
Also, I can't talk about good gamefeel without mentioning N++ which is a game with feel so good it makes me want to tear my hair out.
Outer Wilds gets a lot of praise for all the obvious to the extent that I think the gamefeel gets overlooked. Moving around with the jetpack and ship is just really fun. So many of my memorable moments in that game had nothing to do with the story; just slick maneuvers I pulled off with the physics.
Heat Signature is easily at the top; I'd have fun with it if there was no music and textureless polygons. Intro the Breach is turned-based, but I get into the same flow with it as I do with chess; that counts. Orbo's Odyssey is a delightful platformer, and BABBDI is a clunky (good) exploration game.
Happy immortality day! 17776 is one of my favorite pieces of nightmarish science fiction ever written, particularly because nobody else seems to read it that way. I highly recommend it. www.sbnation.com/a/17776-foot...

Actually, it's very easy to feel otherwise. People think it's fine to say untrue things for the simple fact that it hurts their enemies. This is one of the most distressing discursive tendencies there is and I feel absolutely no schadenfreude when I see it, even when directed against my own enemies.
This is a very annoying way to engage with other people and you should stop doing so.
I think it's important to try and say true things and to try and not say untrue things.
It's Atlantic Archive Sunday!!!
