She is cradling the maw of a white serpent with red eyes. The snake is fading, barely tangible, mouth ajar. Lina presses her forehead against the serpent, a single tear rolling down her cheek. You can see her lips are contorted in a pained frown. It can only be determined that her tears are out of frustration and sadness, knowing that she is losing someone dear to her, a literal part of her soul. But sacrifice was necessary, if only that she lives for the both of them. For her family.
