I am interested to see what the future holds for SurvivorAU. Feels like we have taken a few steps in the wrong direction but also we are stepping towards a new different direction. Interested to see a season in Malaysia, a new location! Hope some great seasons are on the horizon!

I liked the return of the idols for the opposite beach, but I hated how the producers handled it (taking it away is crazy). The challenges, esp the tribe ones, were creative and fun as usual. And we got a fun F4 vote (bc no forced fire yk). And one day we will draw rocks for real.

I still love Australian Survivor's format and challenges, much more than USA new era ones. I also like that we only had 1 non-elim (even though I really hated the format of it). It wouldn’t have been great if Caleb took Loz and finale was just FTC. Worked for this season though.

Maybe it was the rough premerge boot order and it never recovered for me. Maybe it was Mark’s edit (I liked Mark on TvR but oof this season was rough to watch him). Or maybe it was just that Harry was voted out quickly (jokes jokes but really Harry is one of my fav players I think)

You might think it was David, which yeah I mean. But there was something else that was off about this season for me. Whether it was the cast or the edit (I really think it was the edit but idk), it just did not work as much for me. And I felt this way pretty early into the season.

Overall Redemption, for me, was not that great. Not bad, but not one of my favs. I understand that there were unpredictable votes and tribals and swings, but for me personally, something about this season never clicked. I'm not sure what exactly it is.
