I think word choice in this case made it hard to interpret the post in any other way. But I'm getting super irritated over the small number of obvious trolls, shills, and disinformation spreaders that seem to get a constant free pass to detail every single thread.

There are a lot of WTFs in that show. I didn't expect it to be like the books, so I didn't judge it based on its authenticity, but there are way too many mcguffins to take the show seriously. But I do like the way they did the Imperial brothers.
The rest of the characters are kinda meh.

Foundation is beautiful, with some really good parts, and really really dumb parts. Lee Pace basically carries the show.

I'm enjoying the TV show and sometimes it's a bit flat, even though it apparently strays greatly from the source material. I'm gonna give the books a shot ASAP but from the comments I've read in Ars it's love it or leave it with very few people in the middle.
