One other approach I'll share with you is we like to work from the practitioner and work backward from there. The CMO, Chief Customer Officer, VP, contact center, senior marketing technologist. Does this piece of content have a sharp, tangible connection to their work? CMS/DXP certainly in the mix.

I will say I believe we still have a good footprint in the CMS world. I'm just coming back from Adobe Summit, and we definitely watch/cover the Sitecores, Optimizelys, etc.
That said, I agree we can do more. Where should we put some CMS muscle?
