Heard these gym users crowing about using the gym rather than an extra hour in bed. First of all it depends on what time you went to sleep. Then some of these people could benefit from an extra hour of sleep.

Couldn't really hate Gyms more than I do already but the people you see in them put you off even more. Firstly noone offers to help. Then the guys who chat up the women both just stop it. The guys with their inane chat & the women for encouraging it.

Being tall

Your daily reminder supermarkets are poison to us. They NEVER consult with the public before making any change THEY feel like.
