My schedule is finally lightening up and I can begin this intricate project! It’s been too long and I’m happy to get back to cross stitch.

I have been working on this Ezra Bridger symbol on this jacket for like two years off and on and I need to finish so I can wear it again. That said, I’m trying to decide if I keep doing white or if I should do other colors …

That feeling when a big WIP is finished! Now to just iron and frame and get it to my client!
A cross stitch rendition of the Methodist cross and flame on linen. The flame is red and two tiered while the cross is a simple black representation.
While I no longer go to church, I have always appreciated Methodism and its philosophy. I also have always loved the flame and cross that you find on every Methodist church board.

Thank you!
White linen with the John Wesley quote “Do all the good you can” in a rainbow ombré floss. At the top of the linen are four small birds. In the top left corner is a rose and an anemone flower. The hoop imprints are still visible.
I don’t only stitch porno things. I also stitch quotes by religious leaders and giving it queer touches.
Here’s a progress check on my current commission. I’m in love with the rainbow ombré floss!

Black floss embroidery of a man gripping his penis while showing off his butt. Gold floss for a cock ring and silver floss for the cum. The fabric is a faded pink with multicolored flowers.
A close up of black floss embroidery of a man gripping his penis and splaying his legs to show his butt. Silver floss is flowing out of his butt.
Cream Filled.
Playing with different flosses for different aspects of the piece.
It may not be fully successful, but I still like it.

I had the best little stitch n bitch with some gal pals today and it was wonderful.
And one of my pals mentioned that this is what we need in life and especially the next four years: community. Build community wherever you can.

Oh. I want to stitch this! I need to do a study in hair anyway …
With the marching drum of Christian Nationalism stepping over the thresholds of our home, it almost feels strange to be stitching a religious quote.
But this quote by the founder of Methodism John Wesley is a beautiful one … and one that Christians would do well to remember.
Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can,
To all the people you can,
As long as ever you can.
My first stitches of 2025! It’s for lesbians and it’s on 36ct linen and my eyes are going to protest at some point (though not before my back does).
But also these birds are so cute!
I’m just strolling through Pinterest for my website designer to give her ideas and all I’m doing Is shouting at my phone and texting her “Look at this bullshit!” and “They want two whole dollars for this impossible pattern!”
Thank gawd we’re friends otherwise she’d drop me for being unstable.
*places soapbox*
THE PROLIFERATION OF AI IN EMBROIDERY SPACES IS FUCKING AWFUL AND IT MAKES NEW STITCHERS FEEL LIKE THEYRE FAILING WHEN THEYRE MEASURING THEMSELVES AGAINST IMPOSSIBLE STANDARDS
I want to stitch this, please.
For all of 2024 I have been doing a temperature chart and here she is boys! Here she is world! Heated Dennis the Temperature Dragon!
Merry Christmas from me and my onesie!
Is this a thirst trap? What do I do with my hands?
Just so you know
Same! I’ve been using the backs of floral fabrics to really let my stitching stand out.
Fun fact: if a queer elder is imparting their knowledge and life story upon me, I will stop everything and listen.
Late to work? Sorry I was learning about love in the time of AIDS.
Holding up the line at the grocery store? I was hearing about keeping love a secret from police raids.
I have fallen in love with these because they’re like minders gay constellations.
The sign. The face.
A piece of embroidery in a wood hoop. The fabric is the back of a cream cotton with blue daisies and green leaves. The stitching is a black partial outline of the coast of New Jersey. Two different colors of green are in a wavier pattern with a single orange bead attached to the fabric. In the 8 o’clock spot on the hoop are the words “Alexander & Stephanie” and “Orange, New Jersey.”
I also make non-erotic embroidery.
I’m trying out a new little series I want to make: Train Lines and Border Lines.
First stop: Orange, New Jersey on NJTransit.
And yes. I know. I gotta work on my lettering and straightness of words. That’s why this one is a gift. My friends get my testers.
