Run-offs *are* problematic. And CABQ's mayor's run-off is slated to cost taxpayers between $1 - 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS.
Election day is tomorrow and in #NewMexico voters in Las Cruces and Santa Fe will be able to rank their vote!
