a two panel comic in grayscale. a floating skull of death approaches a young girl. she acknowledges this being with "you again, huh?" "seems to be our Samsara" the floating skull replies. "who's Sam Sarah?" she asks. "it's the great cosmic cycle- always going around in circles-" "this is another of yer dumb song references, isn't it?" she asks annoyed. "doo... da... do..." the entity starts singing the bridge to Soul Coughing's Circles. "mebbe..." alt-textra: these two are Zeke and Clarice respectively, for those new to my older comic Dry Bones. every couple years i reinvent the story as it has no absolute set in stone canon. as long as it has Zeke, the floating skull of death who is a very delightful kind grim reaper and his adopted daughter Clarice Corbie who was likely orphaned due to Zeke's mishaps, tho i will never fully confirm what actually happened.

it's a pity Soul Coughing is known for only that one song. it's a banger, don't get me wrong, but they have a lot of good tunes!

Just had a thought about this today. It has taken 49 years for Voyager 1 to reach a single light day’s distance from us. The Milky Way is approximately 100,000 light years across, which means it would take Voyager 1 approximately 1.8 billion years to cross the length of the entire galaxy.
