Please forgive this ugly chart but this shows Lowe's along with its quarterly dividend. The point is that few Dividend Aristocrats have raised their dividend by so much for so long. Only recently has Lowe's had a few meager increases.

Interesting take, Conor. I'm seeing peak affordability stress right now, high rates and tight inventory hitting hard. If Q4 2025 is the top, 2026 could bring relief with stabilizing prices and wage growth. Hoping the lock-in effect fades soon.

Wall Street expects good numbers for the upcoming GDP report. The Atlanta Fed model is at 3.5%. However, this is for Q3, so it doesn't include the impact of the shutdown. Q3 began six months ago and ended three months ago. The Q4 may not be so good.
