Personally, I think the punishment for creating an institution that harms children should be equal to one's entire net worth, but that's just me.

AI placeholders that don't make it to the final product should still require you to include a disclaimer that AI was used in development. Same as crediting people who don't stay on to the end of the project.

The children I currently work with tried to tell me that the packaging on a makeup kit featured AI art because of how the eyes on the model looked. They were bright. As if a light had been shone on them. Hands were fine, hair was fine, no artifacting or degradation of linework, just bright eyes. 😑
