I complimented myself for not giving up and that I’m proud that I am taking steps to better myself

I chose sound and that sound was to just hear an old friend tell me they love me again (and a hug)

I wanted to say my mom or dad but I never got to say goodbye to her or dad. While it did hurt with them I had to say it was Nikki my dad’s dog. She liked him didn’t understand why we had to do what we had to do luckily the nurses made things comfortable for both of them.

So this is a book my therapist and I are going through together. We both answer the questions honestly. Some are easy one and other can break you. I am going to post some of my favorites. Would love some feedback.

Had a good session today, we worked through the first 20 pages and it was well actually all over the place but good none the less. Was wondering if anyone would be interested in my journey(I would post my responses through word and/or videos) just trying to be more open and letting people know me.
