I’d love to be included. Only done two (so far) and looking forward to more and learning from others.

It’s a gamble, big leaves could definitely create holes, but most just left pockmarked surfaces. Probably best to press them into the outside surface. It was an experiment so I could say those tea bowls were made with tea leaves. 😊

I’ve wedged tea leaves in. Whole leaf, used, then dried. Left some interesting results that burn-out in the bisque.

My wife is an amazing artist. Like surrealist/magical realist paintings? Check out her work.

A wood-fired tea bowl with “butter-mint” glaze from this past summer. Very pleased with the twisted form, undulating rim, and of course the glaze and ash results.

I’d love to be considered. Much of my tea ware is greatly inspired by the Leach/Hamada lineage and Japanese aesthetics.

Nice to see another Goss potter!

Thank you! So I’m throwing, carving/faceting, then reworking it by pushing out from inside. Still refining the process.

I’ve been carving and faceting my surfaces for years and have recently been working with a twisting method. Still learning, but quite happy with this yunomi-style cup and the iron oxide wash. #pottery #twistedpottery #stoneware

My handmade kitchen display shelf - about half of these cups and mugs were made by me, the others from fellow potters. So many that I rotate what’s shown now and then, and have since expanded this with hooks on the bottom and sides. Always making and buying/trading more!

Im a huge lover of natural textures in ceramics, so I’m working on a starter pack featuring artists who use raw clays, aggregates, atmospheric firings, etc. It’s a small list right now, but I would love to see comments on more folks I could add! go.bsky.app/6T1LPEx

Lots of new clay people coming over to Bluesky lately, so I've added a much more to my clay starter pack. I know I'm missing a lot of people still, so add more in the comments if you see that I've missed some! go.bsky.app/F9B8tPp #clay #ceramics #clayartists
