I couldn't hold myself back in 2020 - But I've successfully jumped ship from the Facebook owned platforms (well, except for WhatsApp - I don't know how you can avoid that in Europe)

Ohh yeah that way makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.

There are more than 20 people who don't have and never did have TikTok downloaded, BUT I claim there's no more than 10 people on the world who can reliably and always avoid the addiction that is the Internet despite being aware of and having actively tried it.

That excludes like 20 people worldwide - you know you can't resist it (the internet) even if you know about all it's dangers.

It is? I thought this was a super obvious dystopian joke...

Wednesday is actually my most productive day I get to see work on stuff that's not gonna get done by tomorrow anyway and then comes my meeting day.

If they pay back double what the US paid 200 years ago the orange guy would definitely claim that as a win

I really thought it would be Putin who started WW3, didn't have the US on my bingo card.

I mean that would be great, but I do fear both the people inside and the Russian spy agencies are actively watching them.

Ja schon, das ist der Nebeneffekt davon wenn Journalisten sich weigern ihren Job zu machen.

Need more details? Are/Were you a horse girl? (I know you're Catwoman, but maybe you're into horses as well, but habe given up on that for affordability or space reasons)

I was there last year, but completely missed to book a tour of Sagrada familia - they're booked out at least 2 months in advance.
Park Güell is really beautiful though and gives you a great view of the city.
I recommend to book a tour - you can explore the park on your own afterwards w/o queueing.

Interesting - I've never met anyone who used hack in production - plenty of people had tried it, but due to the lack of major framework support it always felt like a hack so to speak.
Even while it was backwards compatible you couldn't really reap the benefits without the Framework being typed.

It's only been a few months since I last touched PHP, but I already forgot half of it again (been using PHP professionally for >15 years, but only kinda on and off during the past 5)

Yeah php has a native serialization, but that's not limited to data serialization. It will serialize the whole object including any executable code contained within it.

You could opt for null, but what's the default for the native serialization actually look like?

How do US tariffs affect Amazon's UK business?
Did they launch this in the US as well? (They did in Germany and I'm actually surprised to see their launching it at the same time in the UK as well - not a typical Amazon launch)

With shipping to Sweden the Amazon thing definitely costs more. 😜

Saw that clip as well. No music, no entertainment and also all of them walking in combat gear instead of their representative uniforms. Could you imagine this shit show in China, Russia or NK? The person responsible would never be seen again.

So, it was really only people affiliated with the military personnel in the parade and people that are on govt payroll anyway who attended?
In NK you at least get time off from work to attend and train for seeming happy at the Parade.

Didn't the ad just say crypto? I don't think they planned to pay in any valuable crypto, but rather shill one of their own tokens and recap at least some money from the transaction fees

1 Yes
2 Usually reformat to avoid line breaks looking out of place, but within long strings or in super nested stuff you often don't have a choice but use wrapping 🤷‍♂️

Rund um Köln 2025 - Velodom 60
A map of the race with a blue line appears below.
2 Std 17, 68.6km, 570m up, 570m down

Another year in the bag.
Finished in just over 2 hours, speed increased by 2 kph over last year (times aren't really comparable as the track for the race was changed and shortened by ~10km this year)

Right, that's why there's no need for politicians to inspect everyone's genitals.

Glad we agree on that.

Crazy how they're still one of the biggest sellers of web content management systems but can't get their own shop in order.

I'd get angry having to pay for photoshop as well, so that might've been a Freudian slip 😂

Isn't that really common?
Other people just rephrase it and tell you about the amazing features that are coming soon, but basically they're telling you they've got amazing things planned but didn't have time/money to implement that.

Sie tun aber ja nichts - das ist doch gerade der Stein des Anstoß
