I so get this. When I was doing radio I found a sweet spot in taking one earphone off. I wanted to take them off altogether but you can’t. You have to hear exactly what’s going out onto the air. 📻 🤓

Absolutely. 😊

So interesting. For me, it’s easier playing a character. That alone, gets me outside of myself. But when I was on the air, I found that interviewing was where I shined, because I had someone I was responding to in real time. When I was alone, I had to create that person imaginatively. ;)

I’ve found that getting out of your head requires intense focus. 🤓
