This year #Manitoba became the 3rd province in Canada to pass anti-scab legislation. Workers in Manitoba have been fighting for anti-scab legislation since the 1970s. In Manitoba, the use of replacement workers made strikes twice as long, on average, over the last 6 years. #canlab
