setting up my whole private infrastructure was very fun but now that ive actually used it for a while it feels even better
i dont get this mindset of all cloud is bad and no one needs kubernetes.
kubernetes is a very generalized tool which can fit into so many use cases, not just giga scale deployments.
of course there are always tradeoffs to be considered but they arent "product small so kubernetes bad"

i dont think scaling baremetal horizontally is fast enough for what they need -> more vps/kubernetes
