You are not alone. It feels strange to not have written all the code to me too. It's like a co-worker wrote it, but also like that co-worker left the project after writing the code, of course. Reviewing code is not the same as writing it.
I like Hetzner for hosting, and they also have a S3 compatible object storage. Some UI elements on their website/user area are not up to date, though. I still like them best in the EU.
Exactly - I find myself naming commands TriggerSendingReports sometimes.
