Interesting. That's primarily why I don't really like 1, the lack of substantial plot. The vibes are strong but there's nothing compelling me to play it more outside of just learning what other Yokai exist.

Almost feels like you can just skip YW1 since 2 just kinda does the same things again but better.

I think I'm at a point where I think YW3 is probably the ultimate YW experience, but I think I prefer 2. I'm a sucker for time travel.
