Wanted to add this, but Yuffie and Nero are foils. Both were fucked up by Shinra. Both were turned into weapons, although Yuffie was by choice but it doesn't change that she's assassinating at 16. However, Yuffie managed to keep joy in her life, but Nero was taken by darkness (literally).
