For me, the description works when a non-indie game tries to do something novel with a mainstream gameplay style and often attempts to tell a deeper story (that usually isn't good). That gen had many devs try to be more serious with story and still allowed for some risks that led to genre twists.

"friction" = 10,000 cheese puns
to me, some genres come with a natural hour count and old boomer shooters like this can't usually keep it up for more than five or so hours
it's a shame this game is three times that!
Pragmata struck me as a game Capcom would have published in like 2012 if it hadn't been lost in the woods. And I loved it for that.

Three panel comic. Panel 1: scene from the movie Aliens; Ripley is in a mech suit and delivers her iconic line: “get away from her, you bitch!” Panel 2: the xenomorph queen lunges at Ripley in the robotic suit and they engage in a fight. Panel 3: later, the xenomorph queen is standing in the shower, mid wash. She says, “‘it takes one to know one, honey.’ That’s what I should have said.”
also a big fan of this silly little animation
yeah the presentation here is really just masking a very basic boomer shooter that's too long and too easy
the reload animation for the shotgun is so good
this game with all its floppy guns is sometimes cool but the length annoyed the hell out of me

I mentioned it in my review, but I kept thinking about Dark Void and Pragmata and how well they symbolize Capcom before and after RE7. One is a bland Gears clone nobody remembers, and the other takes the shooter genre in a novel direction so it feels new and interesting.

you can trust me, the greatest Tamashika player in the world
Tamashika is very cool and I sadly haven't seen one post about it today
i think if you tweet "a whole civilization will die tonight" you shouldn't go to the hague, the hague should get to come to you
let's be clear about what's happening: donald trump and benjamin netanyahu, whose countries have been committing genocide in gaza since 2023, unilaterally started a war with iran, and are now threatening genocide there.
don't forget "challenging, challenge, challenges, challenged, challenging!"
Mr. X appears in Resident Evil: Requiem during the Raccoon City chapter to provide a, nostalgic, high-stakes stalking, stalker, stalkers, stalked, stalking, stalking!, and challenging, challenge, challenges, challenged, challenging! gameplay experience for Leon Kennedy. His inclusion serves as a callback, callbacks, calledback, callingback, callback! to the 1998 incident and acts as a concluding, conclude, concluded, concludes, conclusion!, for the character's storyline, featuring a relentless, relentlessly, relentless! chase mechanic.
if only I could write this poetically
*spoilers for RE Requiem*
This sounds cool. How can I get in?
Thanks for reading! I kept trying to find something to latch onto but couldn't. At least the game was short.
She seemed like a lovely cat, Ian. Ida and I always fawned over the pictures you posted of her. I'm glad she was in your life.
wow you didn't even post the coolest picture
wow props to Capcom for going in this unexpected direction

...did they check your search history or something?
The U.S has already spent $29 billion on the Iran War.
That money could fund the free lunches of every public school student for the entire year.
Dude I've played hours of it and still think that
the republican justices are as pickled in MAGA slop as any pardoned jan 6er
I had the same realization. I stuffed my memory card and it was quickly apparent that it would take me so long to dig through this cool library (I never had a DS either).
