From a lead perspective I pretty much approve it if it's not abusing the system and the request(s) are made in a way that can be planned around and won't impact our ability to function. I think if they say it's unlimited and there's no caveats, they run into a lot of issues trying to limit PTO

My new trick for remembering if I took my morning concentration pill is that I flip the container upside down when I brush my teeth at night. Simple and incredibly effective.

A nice thing about the discord face stuff is that maybe it'll tank their valuation enough that they won't bother doing an IPO, although part of me suspects it's being done for the purpose of the IPO.

I fell down one step outside going to pickup pancakes from a restaurant and injured my ankle so bad I've had to do physio for a year.
