"Nephilim," a.k.a. Neph They/Them Incorporeal being made of pure energy. Frantic and jittery, they zip from place to place like a spark of electricity. Their sole purpose seems to be tormenting people, manipulating and goading them into making terrible decisions. Sees themself as an agent of balance and believes almost everyone needs to be taken down a peg. They would stop at very little in order to achieve this vague "goal." Possesses minor energy manipulation abilities, being able to absorb, transfer, or redirect most forms of energy. They can short out electronics, electrocute others, and interrupt short-term memory in order to make others forget their presence. However, higher complexity = higher effort, and fully controlling electronics as well as human brains is far more difficult. They prefer psychological tactics regardless. Exhibits seething hatred for most living things, especially mankind. Meeting Abby, she quickly becomes their new "favorite" victim. She appears to negate many of their abilities, leading them to view her as a sort of "challenge". The two are mortal enemies. Abby calls them "Phil". - Nearly always smiling - Discrete body parts all optional - Inconsistent number of "points" on head - Opens eyes when angered, or focusing energy - Conniving hateful bastard - Becomes a "bolt" of electricity when moving around - Travels more quickly / easily across conductive material
