Following an earlier disabled train near Secaucus, NJ TRANSIT rail service is operating on or close to schedule into and out of Penn Station New York with residual delays to trains already enroute.
MOBO train #1006, the 9:02 AM arrival into Hoboken, is up to 20 minutes late due to accommodating customers from cancelled train #808.
