My local towns literary festival was today celebrating the last 10 years of their flash fiction competition. They employed professional actors to read aloud the various winners and runners up. As a novelist I was both inspired and slightly intimidated by the skill of the writers. Wow! #authors
As a good & responsible UK author I know to send a copy of my self-published books to the British Library - its my legal duty. Unfortunately for me I have now been requested to send additional books to the Agency for the legal deposit for library's - bugger! Yet another financial hit. #indieauthor

Thanks for this and congrats on the book - it's a fantastic achievement and you should be proud and excited in equal measure. I had a similar experience with my first novel which despite some amazing reviews just sat there. Book marketing is tough, I hope it doesn't stop you from writing
