After 3 years I’ve finally managed to recover the source document for Sega Mania Issue 2 which got corrupted. I’m now working on some minor tweaks and fixes. The digital edition will be updated later today (original purchasers will get an updated file via email. I’ve tweaked the cover too!
Genuinely forgotten I’d written that! Gave me a good chuckle.

Had to bust out the manual for some research. The amount of info and backstory they used to put into the manuals is astounding.
Shame they are a thing of the past now.
Never thought the 1st game I beat in 2025 would be Earthworm Jim 2!
Still, it’s one I have had on the backlog since I was a kid. Can finally cross it off.

Been messing around with my PS VITA this week.
It’s a great place to enjoy some Classic Sonic games and also some homebrew ones like the excellent Sonic 1 SMS remake, which I wrote about in issue 6 of Sega Mania Magazine.
