VHS is the worst fucking video format to ever exist, and it's not a flex to still own a film on VHS. That shit degrades cinema in every possible way and should be totally abandoned by now. We shouldn't even still be watching anything on DVD or "standard def" unless absolutely necessary.

K-POP DEMON HUNTERS is at its best when it's funny and showcasing cool action animation. But it's frustrating watching the main character spend the entire run time agonizing over making a choice that's totally obvious to the audience. I hope they cook up a better story for the sequel.

JUBAL (1956) is a chill western starring Glenn Ford, Ernest Borgnine, Rod Steiger, and Charles Bronson. Character-driven and seemingly low-stakes until some assholes decide to throw up the lynch mob noose. Recommended.

I just had a weird file corruption for an old J-pop song by Chee's called "I Gotta Get You", and thank god I still had the old CD single that I bought for like a dollar 25 years ago because I was able to re-rip it. My kid loves the song and is grateful.
