The Last of Us Part 2 cutscene recreated as if it was a moment in an animated film from Disney's Silver Age (1950–1967). Think 101 Dalmatians (1961), but it's Abby kneeling in front of sitting Joel, holding a golf club with a tight grip, booth looking angry, and a subtitle below reading "You don't get to rush this". Art is from 2022.

The Last of Us Part 2 gameplay moment recreated as if it was a scene in an animated film from Disney's Silver Age (1950–1967). Think 101 Dalmatians (1961) for the background, but Disney Renaissance (1989–1999) for character designs. It's a mix, sort of my interpretation what that might have looked like. You see Ellie and Dina, riding Shimmer, through a dilapidated but lushly overgrown ruin backdrop, with Dina making another. Ad joke, and Ellie looking annoyed, as if in mild pain, with Shimmer, the horse looking angry towards the viewer like wtf. A subtitle reads "She sounds a little hoarse". Art is from 2022.

Studies on the Silver Age / Renaissance period of Disney animation, crested in 2022. Here, I put a lot of attention on small details, like the subtle shadow between celluloid sheets and background paintings. Still love how those backgrounds came out.
