Wallstedt was not expecting that shot from Robertson at all. Looked like he was thinking cross-crease pass the whole way.

Dallas probably had the better 5v5 play, but nearly a perfect period for Minnesota, killing off a Dallas PP, scoring on their own, and not giving up much. They shifted the expected goals in their favor as the period ended too.
