i had a dream last night that i was watching Chris Fleming stream on twitch with another comedian, and i was the only one watching.

when i disconnected from the stream, the last thing i heard was Chris saying "Well, Kyle's had enough of us for today."

I love how streamlined it is. I love that it's just like "this is the video game" and you don't have to explore some huge convoluted world lmao.

I'm kind of surprised that Pragmata didn't come paired with a more stylized art style.

It was announced so long ago, so maybe it was originally intended to be something more ambitious and they scoped it down.

No open world. No deep story [so far] or factions of NPCs.

Just jumping around, shooting, and exploring a central unique gameplay mechanic.

Pragmata is basically a PS2 game. It's got that energy to it, for me.

Your mileage will vary on that, but for me it's a compliment.

It doesn't have grand ambitions to be bigger than just linear structure, level, cutscene, boss, upgrades, level, cutscene, boss, upgrades etc.
