I’ve seen folks suggest they should put Kapanen back at centre here, but from what I’ve seen that likely makes them worse. Habs came in this series without a second line and it’s going to hurt them.

Dach aside, Habs were garbage for the full length of OT. Lacked any kind of jump, kept turning the puck over and were just getting steamrolled by the Tampa forecheck. Habs may have lost this one by attrition as they could not roll their 4 lines. Newhook, Texier and Demidov a liability in their end.
