This isn’t about 1A, it’s about voters being informed instead of deceived. Pretty important if you ask me.

Fox and now CNN and others intentionally deceive their viewers and win cases by arguing that no sane person would think what they present is news and not “entertainment”. Fox just paid almost $1B for lying about the 2020 election.

I love free speech, but unlike most Americans I understand that even your precious 1A is limited. You can’t yell fire in a theatre, request a hit on your partner and you used to have limits on how media presented the news preventing them from outright lying to viewers.
