My quest to get an epinephrine autoinjector has turned into a Kafka story. It's been 5 days. I've called 2 doctors, had a telemedicine app crash, a pharmacy claimed that I needed a preauth, the insurance company said it didn't, a script got sent for a kid's epi twice, & the city seems out of them.
