Working on submitting our final report for our NSF IUSE award. I am incredibly proud of he work we did with the Fly-CURE ! There are many aspects of the project that are amazing, but the 2,500+ undergrads participated in this research project is right towards the top of the list for me!

In 2012 I started the Fly-CURE at UDM which is now taught at over 30 institutions mapping and characterizing novel Drosophila mutants in the undergraduate classroom.
