My first archive scan!
A small Pokemon book that I imported recently.
Still getting the hang of things, apologies in advance if things are a bit shoddy.

I don’t “network,” I make friends. Other artists are not my competition, they’re my beloved peers and sources of inspiration. We all have the same goal; to share our art. I’m not gonna corporatize my human relationships with them. I am in my sandbox playing and I hope they join me.
So...that writers board was something I planned to post as a visual aid, but it's over 50 mb and I need to figure out how to do that.
New video! How is Pokémon written? What does it take to be a writer for Pokémon, and how can we use this information to better criticize the show?
Going live in ~2 minutes! See you there! #pokemon #anipoke #pokemonhorizons www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzaJ...
Me when I tell Gen Z kids I used to be cool on the internet because I was an "SA goon" and they start calling the cops on me
Foghorn Leghorn you have to stop. You smoke too tough. Your swag too different. Your bitch is too bad. They’ll kill you
The world is a cruel and unjust place. There is no harmony in the universe. The only constant is suffering.
OMG, YOSHI!
I had no idea I could do this.
The thing is, I love explaining the basics. I taught middle and high schoolers for years. It's when I try to explain it, but they tell me I'm wrong. I know that I will make mistakes and people will disagree with my interpretations. It's the basic, uncontroversial stuff I get "corrected" on.
Honestly, given our convo from a few weeks ago, I think you might be the only person who could reasonably get mad at me for this video. But also given our convos, I'm pretty sure that whatever your objections are will be good faith and reasonable, so I look forward to that.
Going back to videos about obscure Japanese anime writers or executives that get no views, because I'd rather deal with the small handful of slightly-knowledgeable or curious fans than PokéStewart, the guy that talks about level curves.
Sorry to be elitist on the timeline. Most of y'all are cool.
I swear to god, every time I get a new comment on that video, I have to hold my breath and hope that it's not an unhinged wall of text about something factually uncontroversial.
After tomorrow, I'm probably not gonna do more primers, because I cannot stand the stupidity of the average Pokémon fan.
A person excerpted my Pokémon TV video on the other site. Since then I've had to explain to several people, including one persistent guy, what a "production committee" is and that it is NOT every stakeholder in an anime.
Not whether ratings matter or other bold claims I made; just definitions.
the key part to becoming good at literally anything or have deep knowledge of literally anything is to be super duper autistic about it and hope that hyper-attentive interest doesn't wane in a few months and by that point you've probably gone too far to turn back
New video popping on Wednesday at noon EST.
Should attract all the most normal fans.

You know shit's gonna get good when they roll out the "please look out for your mental health" warning at the beginning of an episode.
they should adapt scrubs into anime, prob won't even be that hard. scott pilgrim style and everything
From this episode onward, the "Series Construction: Takeshi Shudo" (シリーズコンストラクション 首藤剛志) credit is removed from the show's opening.
The show will continue without anyone assigned to the "Series Construction" role all the way up until Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl.
Yes, she is.
Considering how much of Conan is anime-original, I'd imagine the screenwriters have a lot to say. Unfortunately they tend to get overlooked for directors or animators.
Quaquaval is too ugly. Even a good animator won't save him.
It was really funny the first time it was used (in the context of the Suez canal tanker situation), and then social media ran it into nothingness.
They're 50/50 on horizontal story arcs so far. But with a fully established cast, maybe they can cut loose now.
Really excited for Horizons: Orange Islands.
That could be read as sarcastic, butit's not. G.enuinely.
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter launches September 17
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter will launch for PlayStation 5, Switch 2, Switch, and PC via Steam on September 17 worldwide, Falcom announced. It is published by GungHo Online Entertainment in the west. In the west, the game will be available both…
Having had a few days to think about Ashita no Joe's ending, I think it's fucked up that in Hell Teacher Nube, Miki gets the cool and friendly monsters of the day like the rokurokubi and Daidarabochi, but Kyoko and Hiroshi constantly get Murder Zombie that Drains Your Blood.
"life is but a dream" was really a crazy plot twist to throw at the end of a song about rowing your boat. did zhuangzi give you that one?
There'll be more about Horizons' planning stages at least, since there is concrete stuff about that. Everything before it, with a few exceptions from Shudo, is kind of just reading tea leaves and making (hopefully reasonable) assumptions, and I tried not to do that too much here.
I brush on those things (the suits especially) but not in a whole lot of detail. Most of the stuff we know comes from either Kanto or the teraleaks; Kanto had a pretty obnoxious executive, but from what I saw in the teraleak stuff, they mostly advise.
