• Have to juggle full-time placement hours with study.
• Work additional paid shifts as healthcare assistants to get-by.
• Have to “make up” any break time taken.
• Complete a huge variety of tasks on wards.
Really the fundamental problem is that "guy who decides if you get to transition or not" is a job that shouldn't exist. Every other issue in trans care is downstream from that.
